Prepare Me
2 Chronicles 27
So Jotham became mighty, because he prepared his ways before the Lord his God.
II Chronicles 27:6 NKJV
What are your plans? Are you preparing them before the Lord? Are you running out front and expecting God to bless your mess? That's what I do. Not always, but a lot.
Today is a great day to remind ourselves that God isn't just seeking servants. He's seeking a spouse, someone He can spend time with. That thoughts, motives, plans, and decisions are prepared with Him.
Lord, I've said it so many times and so many different ways, I want to be with you. I don't want to rush in and out of your presence, but learn to steward and carry your presence with me. I know I am not a finished work, thank you for growing me and teaching me your ways. In Jesus name, amen.
