Dad’s Calling

Hosea 11
We see in Hosea Chapter 11 a glimpse into how much God loves His people. Despite Israel’s rebellion, God doesn’t give up.
This Chapter depicts God as a parent and Israel as the wayward child.

I too have been that wayward child. I haven’t always listened to or wanted to do what God wants.

My waywardness never stopped His love. He doesn’t give up.
“For someday, the people will follow me. I, the Lord, will roar like a lion. And when I roar, my people will return trembling from the west. Like a flock of birds, they will come from Egypt. Trembling like doves, they will return from Assyria. And I will bring them home again,” says the Lord.
Hosea 11:10-11 NLT

PRAYER: Thank you Jesus for your never-ending love. Thank you for calling us home, for calling us to be your own. Help me to love like you. Jesus, I want to be obedient. Help me to choose your way over my own.
Amen
Amen! Praise God for his goodness!
